TERMS OF SERVICE
1. General Provisions & Service Scope
These Terms of Service constitute a complete and binding service agreement between the platform and all users who access, browse and use platform functional services. All service behaviors, interactive operations and functional usage behaviors of users on the platform are subject to the constraints of these clauses. By entering the platform and using related services, all users are deemed to have fully understood, recognized and voluntarily accepted all the contents of these terms, and promise to abide by all service specifications and operation rules.
The platform provides users with standardized functional services, interactive experience, information consultation and related supporting service content. The scope of services covers all public functional modules officially opened by the platform. The platform reserves the right to adjust, optimize and expand service content according to service iteration, functional upgrade and operational demand changes, so as to continuously enrich user service scenarios and improve service completeness.
2. User Usage Specifications & Behavioral Constraints
All users shall use platform services in a standardized, legal and civilized manner, and shall not engage in any behaviors that interfere with the normal operation of the platform, damage public service order or infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other users. Users shall be solely responsible for all operation behaviors, published content and interactive information generated under their service use qualifications, and bear all corresponding responsibilities arising from non-compliant operations.
Users are prohibited from maliciously operating platform functions, frequently brushing operations, invading system interfaces, crawling service data, tampering with system information or using platform services for improper and unapproved purposes. The platform has the right to monitor and standardize user operation behaviors, and take corresponding restriction measures for any non-compliant behaviors that affect service stability and public order.
3. Service Right Description & Functional Iteration Rules
All functional rights, service modes and interactive mechanisms of the platform are independently defined and owned by the platform. The platform retains all right of interpretation, adjustment and upgrade of service functions. In the process of daily operation, the platform will carry out regular system maintenance, function optimization, bug repair and service upgrade work to ensure the stability and practicability of overall services.
Minor function optimization, detail adjustment and system maintenance will not affect users’ normal use experience. For large-scale function revision, service mode adjustment and module update, the platform will release official reminder announcements on the page in advance. Users agree that the platform does not need to notify individuals separately for routine service iteration and minor content optimization.
4. User Rights & Interest Protection Mechanism
The platform fully respects and protects the legitimate service rights and interactive interests of all compliant users. Users have the right to normally use all open platform functions, put forward service consultation, problem feedback and optimization suggestions, and obtain professional and timely service response and technical support. The platform establishes a complete user rights protection mechanism to avoid arbitrary restriction, interference and damage to user legitimate rights and interests.
For abnormal service failures, functional errors and unfair service treatment encountered by users in the process of use, users can submit feedback through official dedicated channels. The service team will verify, sort out and deal with the problems in a timely manner, and feed back the processing results to users to ensure that every legitimate user demand can be effectively responded and properly solved.
5. Responsibility Division & Risk Explanation
The platform strictly controls the service quality of official functional modules and undertakes corresponding service responsibilities for abnormal problems caused by platform system failures, official operation errors and service specification defects. The platform will actively repair faults and make up for user experience losses caused by platform objective factors within the scope of service responsibilities.
The platform shall not be liable for any losses caused by user personal improper operation, wrong information filling, non-compliant behavior, personal equipment failure and network environment abnormalities. Meanwhile, the platform shall not bear the responsibility for service experience fluctuations caused by uncontrollable objective factors in the process of service operation.
